These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By engaging with Nebrix Studios or using our site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Nebrix Studios provides web design, development, and related creative services — including Framer site builds, maintenance, and hosting.
All work is tailored to the client’s project scope and timeline as agreed upon before starting.

2. Payments

• Payments are due according to the plan or proposal provided.

• Work begins after the agreed initial payment or full payment (depending on the plan).

• All prices listed are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.

• Late payments may delay delivery or result in paused service.

• Monthly maintenance or hosting fees are billed on a recurring basis.

3. Revisions & Deliverables

• Each plan includes a set number of complete redesigns and minor edits as outlined on the pricing page.

• Additional revisions beyond those limits may incur extra charges.

• Final deliverables are shared through Framer or other digital means agreed upon with the client.

4. Ownership & Intellectual Property

• Upon full payment, clients receive complete ownership of the final website design and assets.

• Nebrix Studios retains the right to display completed work in portfolios or marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Any unused drafts, concepts, or internal design files remain the property of Nebrix Studios.

5. Hosting & Maintenance

• Hosting and ongoing maintenance are optional add-ons or included in specific plans.

• If the client chooses to host independently, Nebrix Studios is not responsible for third-party hosting issues, outages, or data loss.

• Clients on maintenance retainers receive regular updates, fixes, and minor content changes per plan terms.

6. Refunds & Cancellations

• Payments are non-refundable once a project has begun, as time and resources are immediately allocated.

• If you need to cancel before the project starts, contact us within 24 hours of payment.

• Monthly retainers can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.

7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients must:

• Provide all necessary content, assets, and feedback on schedule.

• Maintain clear communication throughout the project.
  Delays in feedback or materials may extend delivery timelines.

8. Liability

• Nebrix Studios is not liable for any loss of revenue, data, or damages arising from the use or inability to use the website or services.

• While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free websites due to third-party dependencies.

9. Confidentiality

All client information and project details are kept strictly confidential unless explicit permission is granted for marketing or portfolio purposes.

10. Changes to Terms

Nebrix Studios reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date.
